Getting Ready for Your Upcoming Day Spa Visit
Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes before appointment time.
Twelve hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation.
We understand things can happen just call or leave us a voice mail, send an email or text message us.
Failure to do so will result in paying a fee of $35 the first time or $50 the second time and further, you need to pay the fee in order to re-schedule your appt.
Admission and age requirements policy as follows:
No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion
or appearance.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 SHALL BE
PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE SPA.
Must be over the age of 13 to receive a Teen facial. No children
under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without
the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For
children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a
parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for
all minor children the parent must remain on premises during
services.
Aesthetica Organic Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules,
regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
Spa visitors frequently have questions. The FAQs included below can help with some of the frequent worries and inquiries that visitors might have.
Bookings/Appointments for Parties:
Aesthetica Organic Spa welcomes party visitors. Birthday, baby shower, and bridal shower celebrations are great occasions for Spa parties. Booking a Spa party is also a great idea for fundraising activities. Call us for packages and prices.
Environmental Spa:
A serene degree of calm must always be maintained in a pleasant spa setting. Prior to entering the spa, please turn off all cell phones and keep all conversations on a low volume.
Membership Guidelines and Agreement:
1) There are different types of Membership: members agree to a particular membership type at the moment of purchase and are entitled to ask for a change in the type of membership at any time. Members may also purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use or for their kids under 18 of age at discounted rates depending on the type of membership they have.
2) Membership privileges and prepaid services are accepted only at Aesthetica Organic Spa located in 6550 Mapleridge St, Suite 124, Houston, TX 77081.
3) Memberships are non-transferable:
*The membership belongs to the primary person, and they are the only ones who can make changes.
*Aesthetica Organic Spa must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information by the primary contact.
* Members can choose to send a friend or family to use one of their services that they don’t use once every three month of paid membership and the person has to pay a fee of $19 per service.
4) Rollover privileges:
* Members may rollover any unused services to the following month.
*Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 30 days after you cancel your membership.
*You can give accumulated services to friends or family members as long as they are used before the 30 days period after the last day of prepaid Term and they pay a $19 fee per service.
5) Retail Discounts: A discount is given to all members on retail product purchases (refer to the type of membership for the % discount).
6) Rewards Program (when available): Members can participate in our Rewards Program but cannot be combined with the benefits or discounts they already have as a member.
7) Membership Freeze Option:
*Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12-month period for a maximum of 1 month at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen.
*Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e., bringing guests, gift card purchases with adding values, retail, or services discounts).
8) Aesthetica Organic Spa reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate any of the services and facilities provided from time to time. It will be communicated to you in advance.
9) Aesthetica Organic Spa reserves the right to close or modify facility hours with or without notice.
10) Membership payments:
*You will pay the full monthly amount and the day of purchase and on the same day every month. If you decide to start your membership on a different day different than the day of purchase, we will charge a onetime nonrefundable fee of $19 to save your spot and the rest of the monthly membership on the designated start date.
*The membership fee cannot be combined with any other promotion and/or discount.
* Aesthetica Organic Spa Gift Cards, credits or refunds may not be redeemed to pay any portion of the membership fee.
11) Automatic Payment Agreements:
a) Monthly membership payments shall be made in advance by direct debit from the member's designated credit/debit account. This information will be kept on file by Aesthetica Organic Spa
b) You are responsible for ensuring that the credit card number on file with Aesthetically Organic Spa is valid so that the monthly fee can be charged to that card.
c) You may change the credit card provided at any time, provided, however, that it is your responsibility to make sure that there is always a valid credit card number on file with Aesthetica Organic Spa for payment of the Monthly Fee.
d) If there is not a valid credit card on file with Aesthetica Organic Spa at the time the Monthly Fee is charged to that card and one is not provided within ten days after the regularly scheduled date for payment, Aesthetica Organic Spa may apply their right to suspend your membership until such payment is made, assessing a late payment fee o S25.00. and/or terminating this Agreement.
e) Aesthetica Organic Spa reserves the right to review subscriptions periodically. Members will be given at least a 3 days’ notice in writing or any changes, which include: any increase in membership fee, change in date of automatic withdrawal.
12) Cancellation of Membership:
a) Please be advised that you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 3 days from the date you purchased the membership, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund of any monies already paid (less the retail value of any services/retail you have used/purchased and the non-refundable starting fee):
b) Thereafter, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, if you are unable to utilize the membership due to (a) death (b) disability (c) sever illness (d) injury (e) a change in residence that is more than 30 miles from a participating Aesthetica Organic Spa (f) your being called to active duty by the United States Military and deployed outside of the state of the primary Spa location or (g) if the membership and/or the primary Spa locations fails to open or permanently discontinues operations. In order to effectively exercise any right of cancellation, you must notify Aesthetica Organic Spa of your intention to cancel in writing by mail or email. In the event cancellation is due to (i) illness or injury, a doctor’s certification of the same must accompany your notice of cancellation or (ii) your being called to active duty, you or your legally designated representative must include a copy of your official military orders with your notice of cancellation, with such notice being provided within 30 days after your call to active duty.
c) If you are a member for a month and you decide to discontinue services and cancel the membership for any reason, you need to notify us in writing, at least 15 days before the date of your next charge. If you fail to do that, we won’t be responsible if the charge is made for the next month, and we won’t do a refund (we will submit credit in services when needed to).
d) Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Aesthetica Organic Spa reserves the right at any time to refuse, discontinue, cancel, or suspend the membership of any member in the event of the following:
*The member commits a serious breach of this Agreement and/or Aesthetica Organic Spa Rules and Regulations.
* Where any monies are due to Aesthetica Organic Spa by the member remain unpaid for 30 days after its due date for payment.
* The member knowingly provides false details when applying for membership and the false declaration would have reasonably affected Aesthetica Organic Spa’s decision to grant membership.
* If Aesthetica Organic Spa terminates for any reason, they reserve the right to retain any amount received to cover any reasonable costs they have incurred as a result.
* Membership may be suspended for up to three months on medical grounds. A medical certificate may be required. Members will be liable to pay an administration charge of $25 to suspend their membership per month. Terms and Conditions:
* If the member cancel membership and wants to re-start after the 30 days period, the previous pricing won’t apply.
